We pride ourselves on our ability to listen to our patients, and are always willing to take the time to answer any questions that arise. Below are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions to help you before your next visit to our Arvada dental office. Have further questions? Call us at (303) 425-4775.
It’s my first appointment. What should I bring?
Aside from your teeth, you can download and fill out our Initial Visit Forms to bring to your dental appointment. Please try to have these forms completed and bring them with you to our office, along with any additional forms we may have sent you in the mail. If you forget, don’t worry; we keep copies on hand to fill out in the office.
We will also need your insurance card (if you have one) and any dental equipment you currently use, such as a retainer or mouthpiece.
Do I need to schedule an appointment ahead of time?
Complete Dental and Denture Care consults with all patients on an appointment basis; we ask that you schedule online or call in advance so we may reserve an appointment time for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to keep an appointment, Complete Dental and Denture Care requires that you give 24-hour notice so your timeslot may be given to another patient. Any patient who misses an appointment without providing 24-hour notice will be charged a $50.00 fee. As a courtesy, someone from our Arvada dental office will call you 24 hours in advance to confirm your appointment.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment options, including: cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and CareCredit. As we only accept certain pre-determined and approved dental insurance carriers, please call our Arvada dental office to confirm your insurance beforehand. For more information, visit our Financial Policy page.
When is payment due for my treatment?
Full payment is due at the time you receive any dental treatment. This helps keep additional fees as low as possible by reducing administrative and other related costs. For more information about payment information, visit our Financial Policy page.
What if I am unable to make a full payment at the time of treatment?
At CDDC, we understand that special circumstances can arise. That’s why we offer payment programs on an individual basis. Let us know before your visit so we can discuss an arrangement that works for you. For more information about payment information, visit our Financial Policy page.
